Does watching porn lead to good sex?

Some people enjoy watching porn as part of having sex with someone else or alone. While this is fine - watching porn is not necessarily a good instruction manual for how to have good sex in the real life. It’s important to keep in mind that the sex and bodies shown in porn aren’t real – they are a movie with actors and special effects.  

It might feel embarrassing, but talking to your partner or a friend about porn is a good way to understand the difference between the sex you see in porn movies and real-life sex. It might also lead to conversations with your partner about what you do and don’t like when it comes to sex. And it’s these kind of talks that can really lead to good sex, not watching porn.
